Frequently Asked Questions
A hotel day starts at 2:00pm on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00pm of the following day. Failure to check out by 12:00pm will result in an additional fee for extending a hotel day. A charge for extension until 2:00pm amounts to half day stay fee. After 2:00pm a full day will be charged.
- The conditions necessary to provide for a complete and unhampered rest,
- Safety of stay, including the confidentiality of information about the guest, including the guest’s personal data,
- A professional and courteous service,
- Room cleaning and any necessary repairs of equipment while the guest is out of the room, while in case of his presence, only by his/her consent
- If possible, provide another room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience if the faults existing in the room cannot be eliminated.
While we love pets, pets will not be allowed access to the hotel premises.
Savannah Suites is committed to providing high standards of services. In case of complaints regarding the quality of service, please report them to the reception desk or management as soon as possible, which will allow us to respond immediately.
All guests are required to register at the reception desk at the time of check-in. Under no circumstances may a hotel guest transfer their room to other person. People not registered as hotel guests may not visit or stay in a guest’s room. A full day fee will be charged for any guest who accesses guest rooms at any time.
All meals served in the room at the request of the guest will attract a room service fee of $5.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
Savannah Suites strictly prohibits any foods and drinks/beverages from outside. Should management discover any foods and drinks procured from outside during the guest’s stay at the hotel, a corkage fee of $15 per bottle of wine, $3 per bottle of beer and $1 for each bottle of any soft drink will be charged.
The night quiet time in the hotel starts from 11:00 pm until 7:00am. During this time, guests using the hotel’s services are obliged to behave in a manner that does not disturb the peace of other guests.
The hotel guest is financially liable for causing any damage or destruction to facilities, equipment and technical devices of the hotel or if such damage has been caused by the persons visiting the guest. The guest should notify the hotel reception about any damage immediately after it has been detected.
It is not allowed to take out from the hotel the room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, bathrobes or any other property that belongs to Savannah Suites). Housekeeping will take stock of all the room inventory before the guest is cleared to check out.
